Current preview privacy

Private by restraint.

This notice describes the public concept preview as it works today. It is not the future commercial-service privacy notice.

Preview onlyNo account, order, charge, shipment, or saved customer profile is created here today.

Your preview choices

The current journey does not create a customer account or intentionally save your answers, tuning choices, or chat as a commercial customer profile. Selections may remain temporarily in the open browser page while you explore and reset when the page is refreshed, closed, or restarted.

Do not enter payment details, passwords, government identifiers, precise health information, intimate personal details, or anything else you consider sensitive into the preview.

Basic website processing

Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. That can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security signals. We do not state a specific log or retention period on this preview page.

The current application has not opened customer-profile storage, checkout, orders, subscriptions, or Collection records to public users.

The founding waitlist

When the waitlist form is open, you can separately choose to share your email, city and country, product interest, your main reason for joining, optional name and, for venues, venue name. We record your selected permissions, notice version, signup time and entry point. These are unverified expressions of interest, not accounts, orders, reserved stock or confirmed customers.

Tasteful Trouble uses these details to understand launch demand and what attracts people to the offer and, with your permission, contact you about the relevant launch or venue program. Research conversations require the separate optional checkbox. No confirmation email is sent automatically. We do not sell this list or use it for unrelated marketing.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare securely handles the waitlist request and Supabase stores the list with restricted access. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the waitlist database; a daily changing, keyed hash is used for short-lived abuse limits and removed after two days. Infrastructure providers may process technical security logs.

Waitlist contact details expire after 180 days and are removed by an hourly cleanup, or earlier following a verified removal request. Provider backups may retain older copies until they expire; removed or expired records must not be returned to an active list during a restore. A restricted email suppression hash is kept to prevent an accidental re-addition. Rejoining after removal requires contacting Otto.

To access, correct or remove your waitlist details, contact otto@tastefultrouble.com from the address you used. We may ask you to verify control of that address. You can withdraw permission at any time. Please do not include sensitive information in the form.

If you email us

You can contact Otto at otto@tastefultrouble.com with a question or privacy request. Your message and reply address are used to respond; emailing us does not create a website account or opt you into marketing.

ImprovMX forwards mail addressed to Otto to our Gmail inbox. Those providers process the message and delivery details needed to route and receive it.

Send only the details needed for your request. Please do not email passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

Before commercial launch

A fuller notice will be published before Tasteful Trouble accepts customer accounts, saved profiles, orders, or payments. It will describe the actual service providers, purposes, choices, request channels, and retention approach in effect at that time.
