Orders are not open, so this preview does not create a delivery, return, refund, cancellation, or shipping commitment.
Current status
No product can be purchased or shipped from this public preview. There is therefore no current customer return or refund process for preview activity, and no card can be charged here.
Planned cold delivery
The intended membership includes perishable caviar, so commercial fulfillment will require an approved cold-chain process and clear delivery and handling instructions. The final service area, carriers, fees, timing, temperature controls, missed-delivery process, damage or temperature-issue reporting window, and customer remedies have not been published.
Delivery is paid separately by the buyer for the USD195 discovery box and the USD99 caviar-only refill. Venue cases also have separately quoted delivery. Applicable tax and the actual delivery charge must appear before purchase, including recurring charges for any opted-in refill plan. Do not rely on imagery, prototype language, or preview timing as a shipping promise.
Future Collection reorders
The planned Collection allows a one-time, non-recurring purchase of an exact previously earned item only when it remains eligible, in stock, safe, and shippable to the destination. Earned shelf history and eligible exact-item reorders would remain available after a pause or cancellation; active membership would be required only for future discovery drops and member perks. An unavailable, discontinued, held, or recalled item will not be silently replaced.
Before orders open
Final shipping, delivery, return, refund, cancellation, perishable-goods, and support rules will be published and linked from the applicable checkout before a customer can place a paid order.
