Public concept preview

The surprise is a preview.

Tasteful Trouble is showing how a taste-tailored blind-box caviar membership and earned Collection are intended to work. The commercial service is not open yet.

Preview onlyNo account, order, charge, shipment, or saved customer profile is created here today.

What is live

You can browse the brand story, explore the temporary preference journey, and preview how a future member shelf could feel. Your journey choices stay inside the current browser experience and do not create a customer account. The separate founding waitlist accepts expressions of interest only when its form is open; it shows whether signup is available.

What is not

Checkout, payments, orders, shipping, memberships, saved profiles, earned entitlements, and one-time Collection reorders are not available on this public site today.

Blind-box thrill. Clear rules.

The planned caviar date-night experience is USD195 plus buyer-paid delivery for 30g caviar, three exotic pairings and gifts. A separate 30g caviar-only refill is USD99 plus delivery. The venue case is USD1,300 for ten sealed 50g tins, plus quoted delivery and tax. Exact ingredients, materials, allergens, recurring terms and delivery charges must be disclosed before purchase. Flirty remains a future waitlist-only concept.

The intended mechanic has no odds, chase items, rerolls, pay-to-unlock, or public pull marketplace. Surprise never overrides an allergen, exclusion, or product warning.

The Collection is earned

At launch, a delivered product will become eligible for a customer's private Collection only after that customer confirms they tried it. The intended shelf contains exact earned items only - not a public catalog, an entire brand family, or silent substitutions.

What has to happen first

  • Final product, supplier, quality, labeling, and cold-chain controls must be approved.
  • Secure customer accounts, data handling, checkout, payment, tax, shipping, and fulfillment must be connected and tested.
  • Subscription, cancellation, refund, recall, delivery, and exact-item reorder journeys must pass end-to-end testing.
  • Final commercial policies and customer-support procedures must be published and checked.
